Chicken Parmesan, phase 1 (correction)

  • I started to post this under breakfast! Oops! Okay, here goes...
    I have been desperate to find new ways to cook dinner so that I can both follow the diet while satisfying my family. Here is the family favorite:

    Chicken Parmesan:

    1 package of skinless/boneless chicken breast cutlets
    1 - 28oz. can diced tomatoes
    minced garlic or garlic powder
    fat-free or low-fat mozzarella cheese
    grated romano cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour half of the tomatoes into a 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle some garlic over the tomatoes. Place chicken cutlets in pan. Pour other half of the tomatoes over the chicken. Sprinkle more garlic over the chicken. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle romano cheese. Bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy!!!
