Quiche

  • Its very similar to the veggie quiche cups except that you make it in an 8x8 pan instead of muffin cups and cut it into bars.

    Quick Quiche

    8 eggs
    1 cup fat free half & half
    2 cups veggies (your choice)
    2 cups low fat shredded cheese
    salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix everything together and bake in an 8x8 pan sprayed with Pam at
    350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until set.
