Default Herb Chicken Bunless Burgers

These are satisfying, tasty and very easy to make!

Ingredients:
1.25 lb. package of ground chicken
1/2 tsp. Rosemary
1/2 tsp. Thyme
1/2 tsp. Sage
1/2 tsp. dried or fresh chopped parsley
1 Tbs. Egg white (or one whole egg)
sliced cheese of your choice

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, be sure to mix the herbs in well.
Make as many patties as you desire, I usually make three larger patties though you could get four or five from the recipe.
Salt and pepper the patties and then put them in a tin foil pouch that has some holes punched in it. I suggest this part so that your burgers dont fall apart due to a lack of bread to hold them together.
Grill the burgers for about 8 minutes on each side. At the end of the grilling take the burgers out of the foil packets and put directly on the grill and then melt slices of cheese on each burger.

You may cook these other ways: under the broiler or in some olive oil on the stove.
