I made them with crab today. Not bad- wish I could afford jumbo lump crab! Just used cans that were on sale.
I think next time I will leave out the Old Bay- just sprinkle some on top if it needs it-they were a bit too salty.
I'm going to try freezing them- I'll let you know how that goes.
