This is so yummy I have to share. I came up with this because I wanted to make that Campbell's cheesy chicken back. This is just like the real thing. Hubby loved it and it was really filling.
1 cooked and shredded spaghetti squash (need 4 cups)
1 cup of reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 package of green giant broccoli and cheese sauce (low fat)
pre-cooked, cubed chicken (2 cups)
salt and pepper
ff milk
Cook the broccoli according to package directions until it is defrosted. Stir all the above ingredients in a deep dish. Season with salt and pepper and add skim milk as needed to make it loose but not runny. Cover with foil and bake at 3.50 until bubbling (about 45min).
4 servings about 1 1/2 cups
