Recently Kaiser Permanente began to air some the "thrive" campaign commercials. I find them very motivating and would love to find something like that to listen to in my car or just when I need that extra something to keep my going.

Does anybody use any type of motivational CD? If so, could I maybe get a recommendation on a good one or where to find them.

I LOVE those commercials (BTW Kaiser-Permanente also has a weight loss maintenance email newsletter available FREE to all -whether you're a KP member or not).

There are lots of motivational recordings out there - you just need to find something that works for you I would suggest checking out your local library first before spending money on one that you may or may not find 'motivational'. (I'm a music person - nothing motivates me more in the gym than some really great R&B or Motown at this point!).
