  • Champagn,

For me I personally did not care one way or another about his past. He just does not make himself look the best with all the different types of infomercials he does! I'm not surprised people react the way they do. I however did say he does make good points, and I have changed the way my family eats for the better, just because of reading the book. My husband has never felt better. My daughter is more calm, and never gets sick (she's 5). My bloodwork numbers are perfect (even though I could lose 30lb). And my one year old (in daycare) will only get mild cases of what's going around when all the others are feverish vomiting etc... Much of it is common sense IMO. Dieticians will tell you not to eat many processed foods, more fruits and veggies, whole grains etc etc, and no one seems to listen. Very sad!
Kevin does have that slick look about him that doesn't help his cause, and some of his ideas seem extreme. But there is also good info in there. BTW, after Thanksgiving leftovers one night I had heartburn I didn't think I could stomach a tsp of vinegar, but I ate 2 oranges for the acid. It went away instantly. Holy cow it worked!!!!! Do I think he's God? No. Not even I try to look at it as objectively as possible.
  • Quote: Wow! Look, I am not trying to disrespect anyone in this forum, but I am assuming the way you guys are bashing Kevin T. that you all have the cleanest "closets" with no skeletons. Never did something you regretted later?? I know I have.

And to be completely up front, he does admit to his past mistakes in his book. I also tried some of his health techniques and since I have tried some of the "herbal cures" he suggests, I have been able to get off of TWO of my medications. I go to a Christian family owned chiropractor that promotes the same exact things as Kevin T. If people would actually take the time to read the book without judging his past transgressions, you will see that everything in his book is not a "medicine man" theory, but fact amoungst many, many, many holistic medicinal practicers. I also have lost several pounds using some of the techniques he speaks of. Pounds I was struggling with previously.

All I am trying to say is, we all need to get down off our "high horses" because we have ALL screwed up big at some point in our lives. Wouldn't it be horrible if someone held your screw ups over your head the rest of your life? Especially if you actually had info that could help people? I would just hate (for a lack of a softer word) for people to find me a less "credible" person because of some of my past mistakes...and trust me...I have many!

And of course the government has it in for him! He is teaching people what the government is actually doing to us. The chemicals being put in our foods. The diseases they are causing. The diseases that CAN be cured naturally but the government doesn't want us to know because then "they" lose out on our money.

Sorry for the lengthy post. I am just a huge Kevin T. fan as he has changed my life in a wonderful way and with his information, I have been able to help several family members and friends and, I tell you what, after seeing and feeling what I was able to see and feel, they are Kevin T. fans too.

    Happy Holidays!

    Dawn M.
That's your choice, but I would call intentionally DEFRAUDING people - credit card fraud - as more than just a "little mistake". INTENTIONAL actions are not "mistakes" IMO. Credit card fraud is an intentional act.

*I* have never committed credit card fraud.
*I* have never sold snakeoil to innocent people.
    *I* don't have a criminal record.

Why should I condone it, just because Trudeau has rehashed what appears to be common knowledge (just as you stated in your own post!) and repackaged it in a slick marketing scheme featuring an overpriced book which tells you to get the 'real secrets' you must subscribe to his website for either $500 for a 'lifetime' membership or $10 a month?

Again...it's like saying that Scott Peterson made a "little mistake" back a few years ago.

And from what I've read about "his" miracle cures, there is NOTHING in his $30+ book that you can't find elsewhere - like on the Internet.

Like I said...it's the slickest snakeoil pitchmen who mix a bit of truth with their lies and fraud...
