when they said that exercise gives you energy and improves your mood. But they were right - who would have thought??
Do you belong to a gym? Joining a gym changed MY life - I walked into mine at 257 pounds and lost 122 over the next 11 1/2 months. I know for sure that exercise was a huge part of why I was successful (and how I keep the weight off).

Bottom line - you gotta exercise to lose weight so try and find something you like - you might be like me and discover that exercise really CAN be fun!
