bun and thigh max review by Consumer Reports

  • Several people have asked about this machine in the past. Consumer reports reviewed a lot of infomercial machines in January. I can't copy it all here, due to copyright, but you can subscribe to ConsumerReports.org online for 4.95 a month if you are interested in checking them all out.

    Here is the important part:

    Quote:
The reality: Beyond this infomercial’s apparent confusion about how soon you’ll see results, the machine will do little to improve the body or fitness of any individual who isn’t totally sedentary. The diet could be hard to maintain and is unlikely to result in the loss of 10 inches in three weeks. The machine doesn’t offer much resistance for lower-body exercise. When you adjust the arms so that they provide more resistance, the Bun and Thigh Max may not fit between your legs, and you can’t adjust the device’s length at all. Our sample developed a rattle. Padding on the pedals was uncomfortable.

    The bottom line: Forget it.
