Default Lindora Diet
Has anyone tried this Lean for life diet? Also known as the Lindora Diet? Let me know! It sounds great.

Dunno - looks pretty pricey at $149 for six weeks...sounds like your typical low-carb diet, with an induction period at the beginning, just from looking at their website...

I am not going to do the online, that does seem costly. I just received the book and it seems very positive. I have seen a lot of people on the Discovery show "I lost it" lose weight on the Lindora program. I am going to give it a shot. Will let you all know how it's going.
