Anybody have any success with drinking lemon water to get rid of tummy fat?

Hi. I haven't used it to get rid of tummy fat. I do put a wheel in my water daily (most days). In the Reader's Digest book Foods That Harm Foods That Heal there is a short section on obesity. They advise plenty of liquids (water, juice) and fruits. Lemon in water sounds like a useful step to fight tummy fat. Sometimes you have to start with the baby steps.

I'll be honest with you, lemon on your water will give water taste which will make it easier to drink it throughtout the day. In my opinion when I add lemon to my water, it delays my hunger senses haha.
