Im curious as to what this really is. I have some friends on FB who swear by this but their before and after pics after just a mere few weeks are way too good to be true.
What exactly is this drink? When I google search, I find all these good things and testimonials - nothing negative.

Yeah, I did that before I posted it here. I cant get a straight answer and it concerns me these friends are going off their meds within three weeks of taking the product.
