P.I.N.K. method?
Today I watched Dr.. Phil, and he introduced this new diet craze, and I think he said he even endorses it? They don't tell you very much about the eating part, mostly about the exercise, and the 3 dvd's of exercise. It is supposedly designed just for women, and it claims you can lose 30 lbs. by the "Holidays". It says you will lose the weight fast, and keep it off. It supposedly walks you through every step of the way, what to eat, and not eat. The gals ofcourse are all young, I am in my 50's. Has anyone tried this, or is it too new??? I would like to lose 50 lbs. for sure, for health reasons ofcourse, and my own self esteem. I hate myself right now..........:?:
|
I so agree I would love to know more about the diet part of it. What can I eat? They showed soup and a shake I would hope there is some real food in there as well. I emailed the customer service part of their site to ask if they allow you to eat meat as well as the calories set for the diet, I'll let you know if I hear back.
It sure looked good but I do have my doubts :dizzy: |
I am with you....looked more like a plug by Dr. Phil to help out these three ladies than a lifestyle change that could truly help someone the rest of their life..it seemed like it focused on exercise moves rather than on diet...also, did the show ever mention if ANY of those ladies had EVER been overweight? I get angry when I see the 30 pounds in 30 days thing..not my experience and from being on 3FC the last few years, that isnt the experience of most here
|
To the OP -- First of all,
It sounds like you are very unhappy and hoping for some new magic thing. But have you browsed the inspiring 3FC success stories? Many successes here are built on old-fashioned calorie counting, often with add-ons that make the approach work better for each individual. Some folks focus their diets on whole foods or low carb or just plan cc ("eat whatever you want" as long as it's within range). There are other dimensions to consider as well... support groups (like TOPS, OA or WW in addition to 3FC), behavioral modification (Beck), convenience (prepackaged plans). My point is, you should probably not be swayed by what marketers are trying to sell you in TV/radio/magazine/website ads, and instead look at the wealth of experience folks here at 3FC have had. Find folks with a similar story to yours and maybe try their approach. If that doesn't work, try something else, but you will be upping your odds of success if you see what has worked for other people instead of buying the latest fad. I truly wish you the best of luck. |

"No decisions" sounds like it is a "eat exactly this, without diverting from this you have to eat THIS today and THAT tomorrow and if you dont have exactly that well then you cant blame us if you dont get spectacular results" To the OP...it is VERY new. I did some research on it yesterday and NOBODY has reviewed it. There are a couple of websites that usually review and give the nutshell summary (being careful not to get sued for giving TOO much info) on every diet out there and they had no mention of it at all. As a woman I was kind of insulted by the repeated statements that other workouts were just too complex for my fluffy pink brain and body. |
I googled it to death but couldn't find much on it. (Not that I'm unhappy with my Dukan, I just like reading up about diets)
The website gives away absolutely nothing about content, until you stump up the cash. I don't like that. |
just bought it
I happen to be a huge fan of Dr. Phil, as a social worker it is refreshing to see a show that doesn't claim to preform '30 minute miracles'! (plus I love to throw some of his catch phrases at my children and watch em squirm, lol) I watched most of his show on the P.I.N.K method (as a mom of 3 I don't have time to watch all of anything anymore, lol) My understanding of the program is that there are 3 phases to the workout portion and each builds on the one before. I think the reason the show focused on the first phase being doable is because, lets face it, when you are very overweight many of the workout videos are in fact undoable to a degree!! Phase one provides a strengthening base (a strong core) to then move on to phase 2 to which is designed to build definition and tone before moving on to phase 3 which increases the intensity of the workout in order to avoid plateau. My understanding of the nutritional aspect of the program is that with the exception of phase 2? (maybe phase three, I can't remember) when there is apparantly some type of stew that is incorporated, you may choose from many different types of foods (specifically whole foods) to serve a variety of dietary needs like vegan and lactose intolerance using recipes provided. The website does say that the program is designed for those in 'normal health' not for diabetes etc without consulting a doctor. Don't know for sure firsthand yet because I literally JUST ordered it, but there is also a 30 day money back guarantee which I fully intend to use if it turns out that the program requires following a exact meal plan, 2 of my children have special dietary needs and at this point I know myself well enough to know that I don't have the willpower to eat broccoli and carrots while serving burgers and pasta (my 2 favorite foods!). :carrot: Will let you know when it arrives (4 - 9 days) what the nutritional part entails:D I am actually excited to get started! Haven't felt this ready in years!

Looking it up on WHOIS, they have their info on privacy which makes me super suspicious. No offence to true newbies, but the number of people with only one post in this thread makes me think the PINK Method marketers are going all out to try to build a chatter on the interwebs by creating fake profiles (like that Rocket company does for their language programs...though they have evolved to creating fake review sites and blogs too in order to promote their sub-par product)
ETA: From the legal mumbo jumbo on their site: Quote:
Quote:
ETA2: Also the lawyer behind the incorporation has been on Dr Phil a few times as part of his legal panel. I'm starting to wonder if Dr Phil himself is braving the weightloss market again even after his lawsuit fail in 2006. |
I assure you I am no marketer, we all have to start somewhere on this site. which I found by actually googling pink method btw. I hope that I am simply misunderstanding what you meant by the comment about 1-posters because I take that to mean that because I am excited about trying to get back into shape and I admit to being a dr. phil fan and this just so happened to be the thread that introduced me to 3fc that I must not be on the up n up...:?:
|
Yeah I am not talking about you specifically necessarily, it just seemed rather curious with so many in one thread pushing it. Hence why I said I meant no offence to "true newbies".
I've been admin at boards in the past that when this pattern happens, it was 100% a marketing thing (as per where the one time posters all having IPs that pointed to the same place which happen to be where the item being sold was) I'm obviously no admin here and just a newbie myself, but I am still very suspicious of anything tooted at the 'new best thing' and charge an arm and a leg for it when all the info is available for free. So sorry if I scared you. I am not a sample of the typical person here (everyone seems really nice and motivating, I am a little rough around the edges.) But Dr Phil has a history with bad products. Google "Settlement reached on Dr. Phil diet plan" and it should be the first link. |
This was on "The Doctors" too. I agree, the women were all young and not near as overweight as I am. I know I have to start somewhere, but let's face it, I'm not going to, nor do I want to look like those ladies.
It's just another marketing thing in my eyes. One that I will not be participating in. I've bought into Atkins, Oprah's stuff, and so on...nothing worked long term. That is until I did what was right for me....until I got lazy! |
Hey girls
I've never posted on here...but I found this site when trying to research the PINK method myself. I want you all to know that I myself did not purchase this, but my best friend did and made me a journal. I was in the process of buying a new car, and she was texting me asking me if I want to do it, and I just hurried and texted back, "ya" and she gave me a journal later that night. So anyways, that was Friday. So, here I am on reset day # 2 lol. I currently weigh 163, and hope to get down to 133 eventually. Oh man, I have done every fad diet, and used to lose 18 lbs in three days for a pageant or modeling convention. So here I am now, being very skeptical, but supporting my friend and her cute lil PINK journal she helped me make. So far the "Pink" DRINK is very good, the one with strawberries, and the videos look awesome. I did DO insanity, and these videos are way more mellow. The first girl in the video seems like a REAL woman, and reminds me of me, like what I can achieve realistically. So anyways, I am trying it myself, just because I LOVE my best friend. I guess I have nothing to lose but weight, especially since shes so kind. But I feel good day # 2 (no working out yet) but went to the gym with my husband. So anyways...i can tell ya'll a lil about it if you want. I did south beach for 4 months and lost 50lbs, kept it off since 2009, and gained 13 lbs.....so my official goal is not 150 but 133. So no rush, but I guess if you stick to anything with good eating and exercise you will lose. This cute PINK method just seems more mellow, and real women with encouraging journal info, recipes, and guides. So I am in, and maybe I will buy my own soon..lol;)

opps newbie
I wasn't sure I was an official newbie til I had to make an account. In 2005 I was on a thread doing atkins, and it was soo much fun, I thought this was the same thing, but oh well opps, so I am a newbie...lol I am not a hoaxie seller just googles PINk and found this thread, but I understand marketing scams. I honestly prob wont be on here a lot this week because I have finals for college. So here are some quick reviews for some questions I seen posted..or curiosities:
Price: So so I guess...I didnt pay yet, but think it was like 70 for my friend Accounts: They provide online accounts for buyers of the product, to have chats, info, and more recipes or something on their site. Journal: 1 jounral/book with a pink ribbon thingy with a daily schedule book. The journal clearly explains correct veggies, fruits, meats, recipes, blender drinks, seasonings, phases, and dates. The videos: I think there are 4 or 5. There are three women teaching and one woman is like the scientist who explains stuff. There is a phase called reset which lasts a certain amount of days according to your weight and height. So mine is 10 days. During these days you do not have to do the videos. So during these reset days you need to eat low carbs, (don't need lots of carbs if not working out) and a pink drink for breakfast. And lean meats and lots of veggies. (I think i am good with this because of southbeach experience) Age? I guess it depends on mobility. The workouts seem a little easy to me, but only because I was doing insanity before my wedding this year. There are girls demonstrating exercises with light weights and without. May be a little fast paced for those who struggle with posture or bad pains. But those who are even unable to dance, do yoga, or what not, could pick up moves and sets, because you would reuse videos and get the hang of it. FAD? Maybe? and yes to those who own: P90 X, Insanity, atkins books, southbeach books, lemon diet info, Hollywood diet, Jillian DvD's, etc. (me lol). If there is a way you can create yourself a schedule of eating correct and watching ur old videos than do so. But for some reason I am doing this with my friend to be nice, and why not? Its not hurting my wallet yet, and seems more maintainable then my crazy insanity stuff lol. THe top reason I lost 50 lbs on Southbeach is because I was dedicated to the bone, and didn't eat a cookie for 3 months lol. But I do want a cookie in like a month, so I am hopping I can have one with this, lol...so anyways..I hope it answers some questions. I am not saying it is a miracle, or even going to work....but I will try my best to update anyone if they want, I cannot believe how new it is..I think since like NOV 28th...thats the day it aired?when I googled it |
What is the Pink drink?

New diets pop up like mushrooms in the rain this time of year.
:rain: After Jauary 1st there will be sooo many people starting new diets for the New year. New diet plans are out there trying to get a head start on the January rush. You'll see them being touted on most weight loss forums now. If I lost 30 pounds in 30 days I would get saggy, baggy skin. I don't want to end up with bat wings looking like a flying squirrel, or with 2 little shriveled up prunes in a AAA bra. I have been losing just 1 pound/week just to avoid saggy skin. So far I have been successful. And I count my calories. It is the only way that works for me. I have dropped over 50 pounds slowly over the last year, and have changed my eating habits along the way, so that I can maintain my weight loss for life. Journal: I enter my calories into a daily log on LoseIt.com. It's a free website anyone can join. Accounts: I come to 3fatchicks.com for support. And that is also free and most helpful to me. Price: And counting my calories is also a free and a time-tested way of losing weight. Videos: I can get all sorts of free videos on YouTube and thrift stores related to weight loss. Fad?: Calorie Counting isn't a fad. It has been around for decades now. And I am not denied any foods on my diet. I just count them into my daily log. :smug: |
Jolina- your post cracked me up and I totally agree with everything you said in it!
I don't mean to be a bummer, and if this PINK thing has some good exercise videos and recipes to go with it, maybe it is a great plan, I just think it's a much simpler equation than we all want it to be. You CAN lose weight fast with calorie counting. There are a LOT of people on these boards who have lost 100 lbs in about a year. But when I have a strict "Eat this for breakfast, eat this for lunch, eat this for dinner" diet, I can't stick with it for whatever reason (be it will power or just being in a situation where my diet food is not available) and I feel like I've failed. With calorie counting, even if the only thing that is available to me is chocolate cake, I can still eat some and make room for it in my calorie budget for the day and be on plan. |
Ya the post cracked me up too, using the same format as my lil review, trying to be a smart butt. But oh well...I was just saying I have been the queen of fad diets myself, even joking about myself. I was just answering questions for those who were curious...so it was a quick silly review. Like I said...I didn't pay for it...I have a free lil calorie counter too called myfitness pal or even a calculater, turning labels around. So ya, I agree with EVERYONE...you can TOTALLY lose weight without buying these products, I was simply letting people know because of how new it was. So to answer another question that someone asked..a Pink drink is 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup almond or coconut milk, and 1 scoop of whey protein. There are like 3 pink shakes..another one is made with spinach, beets and another liquid (i think almond milk? or coconut again)...so it pretty much replaces breakfast during the reset...and eventually you will have the pink drink after workouts when they begin. Take care all...hope there's not much to make fun of... Im trying to lose weight too....
|
vbudafly- I didn't think she was making fun of you! I just thought it was funny when she said she didn't want to lose weight too fast and have her boobs end up like two shriveled prunes! I think it's great that you're helping everyone get info that they wanted. :)
|
thank you. I have just felt crappy lately, and am so excited to just get this last weight off. I know with my crazy little self I need some strictness....you should have seen me on my birthday weekend....I had lost like 10lbs well maybe 8ish lol..and I wanted to celebrate with my husband..and he drove me to crackerbarrel and wow..that was a mistake...so guilt and weekend vacation kept on going...that was Oct 8-10th, lol so from there til this past month I have felt gross...because I have been eating out more than ever. So anyways...sorry for any grumpiness..I just need support too....trying something ELSE new lol...but even if this didn't work like my friend imagines, I am in the "IN" game no matter what..and I feel great these past 3 days....been strict...but feel good...and know this determination is like my first big, "Lets do this attitude." I guess this attitude always comes to me when I am not working to.."lose weight for my bday, or for a date, blah blah," so now I have nothing to lose for but my health, self, good feeling, and feeling better taking off my shirt infront of my own husband...cause my insecurity is pathetic...so now I already feel better this day 3..woot woot;) I hope and pray we all reach our goals and even go beyond. What kind of exercise you gals doing? I found some cool videos (some oldies)..like streaming ones.. hooked my hdmi cord...from my laptop to t.v.on netflix...so I thought that was cool. Anyways...take care;)

I've not seen the plan and I didn't see them on TV. But by looking at their website, it looks pretty sound! I like that they let you know how important exercise is and don't just promise quick weight loss that's "easy". They also seem to have a sound and nutritious diet plan that stresses the importance of vegetables, and they have options for vegans as well. The pink drinks sound exactly like what has been going in my blender for years :T I don't see any references to wacky supplements or bogus pills on their website which is a rarity today in the world of diet gimmicks.
My only question would be about their exercise plan. I haven't seen the workout, but the quick clip of phase 1 makes it appear that the plan was designed for overweight people but may not be suitable for the obese or very obese. I'd like to know if they have multiple people in the videos with one offering easier moves for those that are not ready for the faster moves yet or that may need to avoid impact or may be dangerous for their knees and ankles. I had prepared myself to cringe before checking the price but I think $68 sounds fair for 4 exercise DVDs and a 240 page book. |
Another breand newbie here. I too found it by googling the pink method for reviews and found this site. At first I was excited to find this website. But then reading what people said on this thread (and I too felt that the post was snarky about the review because it wasn't conventional) and the tone I was skeptical but then I decided it could just be me and maybe I just had a bad day and just not feeling happy to see things for what they are. SO I am hoping this site isn't a my diet is better then yours.
With that said for those that do want some more info go to youtube and put in pink method VIP this awesome lady is doing it and reviewing it. The website as she shows looks really awesome and is included in the price of the package. NO extra fees for it. I have tried everything even (gasp) gastric bypass and due to many excuses have even failed at that. I need something to get me back to what gastric bypass taught me ... mainly how to eat right (to me sadly it is not like riding a bike) and to not have the freedom in eating because I can't calorie count. I just simply make poor choices and I am hoping this will get me back on track and with a help with some cycle behavioral work i can be successful. Thank you for letting me have this long post and I do look forward at the chance to meet some supportive people. |
Welcome newbies! We look forward to hearing about your experiences with this product.
Good luck! |
I saw this on Dr Phil too and it looked like a cool program, not necessary for weight loss of course but something to get you motivated.
Just browsing around the website and it might be worth buying just for the recipes! There are some pics under the "Media" tab. (not a PINK marketer here! lol) the pasta looks soo good and the fake sushi rolls are so cute too. Anyone whose got the program- how are the other recipes in the book? I'm always looking for new, interesting stuff to make and these look super healthy and lots of veggies too. Good luck to all you guys! |
Ok i also am new but actually have cime to this website many many times to get new recipes excetra and now i just wanted to say something small, i just bought the pink method and really wanted to buy it mainly for the recipes ect. And was hoping that once i paid they would give me instant acces to the wesite so i can start while i was waiting, so far i have nothing in my email except thanks for my money :( not very good start, i only was interested to try cause yoy can track everything online and ut sounded real good, but now that i have paid; where is this website. It doesnt seem very organized for helping people more just taking the money and now i have to wait :( anyway i will be glad to share what i get with the rest of you and like another has stated earlier, 30 day money back, so i am aiming slow or high im.not sure but i want to loose 10 pounds in 30 days or at least feel like i did...but just one more thing for all the sceptics, i m going to stay beleiving that if you want something to work it will, so i am going to be true to myself for the next 30 days to see if i see improvement...

For those taking offense to the "newbie bashing" post (which it wasn't AT ALL), you must understand a few things.
First, this kind of thing happens very frequently. People marketing their new "product" go on a forum such as this, pretend to be people who need the product/bought and loved it, thus scamming other members on the forum into buying it. Next, the most obvious way is when they post about their product, then all of a sudden a bunch of other brand new members pop up talking about it as well. Granted, it seems that you ladies seem genuine and not out to market a product, but surely you can see why anyone would wonder if that wasn't what was going on, right? I mean, this is a brand new thread and in this one thread alone we have already 5 (I believe) newbies. Please ladies. This forum has a reputation for being very welcoming and we all keep a sense of friendship around here. Let's not bicker. :) |
I have been a member with 3 fc for a long time and I feel comfortable with the basis of most of the diets on here but pink feels different to me.
The core of it is high protien and fiber. I am 178 and my estimated caloric intake will be 1550. that's more than I have allotted myself in the past. The first 14 days (for me) consists of primarily a south beachnlike diet with limmited starches. Then i can introduce more quinoa and brown rice back in. It's not as strict as sb. Lots of fruit in your morning smoothy. The thing that makes this different for me is the workouts. I have done diets with 30ds or other videos but this is a complete program. Three DVDs are 3 levels and it come with many bonus workouts like abs, yoga, palates and more. So far from my research and day 1 this has serious potential. I am only half way into the journal but I get he just of it. I would love to start a forum for others using it to support each other. Amanda |
I forgot to add that the workouts include cardio, weight wring training for toning and a lot of using you own weight to build stregth in the first phase. You work out every day and it says to set aside 30-60 minutes for the workouts. It also stresses the need to eat all of your calories so that you have the proper fuel. I like this....
Let's see after 1 week of working out. Hopefully I come back and still like it. |
I purchased the program, and decided it's not a good fit for me, so am looking forward to a refund.
The food is healthy. There are many, many people who have started the program (it's only a few days old) and complain of severe headaches and constant hunger. Some of the people are losing weight already on the beginning phase of the diet, the Reset, which is too low in calories to exercise during (900-1200). Exercise starts in the second phase, and calories are upped (1200-1400). The beginning exercise is supposed to be 20 minutes long, and help you work up to the more strenuous exercise. I find it unrealistic. Several of the claims on "Dr. Phil" have no solid foundation. There is no vegan option, and they are scrambling to write another chapter for vegans available online. The website they promised for support from their experts and other dieters is a chaotic hodgepodge. I'll be surprised if anyone "loses 30 pounds by the holidays", in less than a month! The attraction to many seems to be that it's new, and all these people get to start it together while it's fresh. A lot of the people there say they like to try every new diet that comes along to ease the boredom of their last diet, and introduce new motivation. I'm sticking with counting calories (for all the reasons Jolina mentioned), continuing the physical ativity that works for me, and promise myself not to get get distracted by the next shiney, new diet! I think this diet might work well for people under 40 who are overweight, but not obese. |
Salley, thank you for the review! May I ask a couple of questions?
You said the program begins at 900-1200 calories. Are the calorie levels the same for everyone, or are they based on beginning weight? For example, someone beginning a diet at 350lb should consume considerably more calories than that, and decrease gradually as needed. I noticed ajowens said she gets 1550 calories and she weighs 180lb. Do you increase after so many days? How long does Phase 1 last? Are there different programs to choose from? Do you give up caffeine? If so, that could explain the headaches though they should pass within a week or two. The hunger is worrisome, as a balanced diet filled with the right foods shouldn't leave you that hungry. A little hunger is fine, but there are a lot of foods that are high volume and low calorie that should help. I wonder how long the program was tested before it went to market. :chin: |

I greatly appreciate the members sharing their unbiased reviews to help everyone see both the pros and the cons of this plan. :) |
I have a friend who just purchased it and was disappointed to find out she had to "diet" for 14 days first and lose 10-15lbs before she is to begin working out with the DVD's. For those 14 days are a strict diet of no whole grains etc. I watched the Dr. Phil show with her that day but I don't remember them saying people had to diet before they start working out. Did anyone else hear that or did I miss it at some point.
|
I ordered the program, because I have been counting calories and going to a Zumba class for about 6 weeks. I have lost around 33 pounds so far, but it has started to get really hard for me to stick to it. Thanksgiving really messed me up. I thought if I tried something new it might help. I haven't gotten the program yet. I decided to order because I posted on the woman who created its website and she wrote me back within a few hours and answered my question. She seems really genuinely nice, but I have emailed them 3 times because I have never gotten access into the VIP portion of the website. I have gotten no response at all. I am just really frustrated.
|
Absolutely, Suzanne.
This is a great site and I am constantly making recommendations to people I know to come here, and the last thing I want is for someone to feel bashed or shunned. Weight loss is a hard journey, and 3fc is the most wonderful tool. I would never want to take that away from anyone. For all the newbies:  If this doesn't work for you, please don't give up. Research the site, find something you can stick with, and get to that healthy weight. We are ALL here for you, through thick and thin. ;) |
Quote:
The first phase (Reset) offers the least calories, mainly because no added fat (olive oil) is allowed, and the protein is more limited than later on. Those with the highest weight:height ratio are on the Reset for a longer time period, but no one stays on Reset past two weeks. You're supposed to lose between 5 and 10 pounds during this time, and then move to the second phase. Then a tablespoon of olive oil is added per day, along with an extra portion of protein. This is a streamlined version of the diet! They also differentiate between "slow" and "fast" fruits, related to their glycemic index. Only slow fruits are allowed during Reset. There aren't different programs to choose from, but you get to pick your protein: turkey, lean beef, salmon, beans, or quinoa (for example). The greater number of calories happens after the Reset, when the exercise begins, in order to fuel the extra activity. This comes in the form of adding "fast" fruits, olive oil, and little extra protein. Quote:

It's rumored on the site, that the wife of the producer (and relative of Dr. Phil) for both TV shows the PINK Method debuted (Dr. Phil/The Doctors) was/is a client of the creator of the PINK Method. They have been overwhelmed with orders since the appearance on these two shows. When I first logged on to their website after ordering my kit (Nov. 28), there were 1000 members. By the next day, there were 7000. I don't know how many now, the counter seems to have disappeared! (I think I saw 10,000 somewhere.) With everyone asking questions, it's not possible for the "experts" to answer them and give the support they promised on the TV shows. The site itself was poorly developed, and offers information for many other diet plans unrelated to the PINK method, but it's difficult to decipher which is what! The support forums are virtuously useless in the chaos (not organized like 3FatChicks, and most any other forum on the Web), so they've moved over to using FaceBook. I haven't visited them on FaceBook, as I already figured I had better stick with what was already working for me, and avoid their confusion. If you like the mass excitement of belonging to a new club, being in on something from the beginning, and enjoy this as entertainment, it may be worth the $75 or so. I think these are the only added benefits than what you can find elsewhere for free. |

The creator Cynthia has said that this is the diet she has used on her clients for years, but she has just now written the program out. I ordered it,so I will let you know how it goes. From what I have heard from other people the first part of the diet is similar to others being really low carb at first. It reminds me off the Take off part of LA weight loss, just no Take Off juice or even the first part of South Beach.

Personally, I don't want to ride those waves. I want to learn how to live day-to-day without my diet taking center stage, and still be healthy. I'm still finding my way with that! But I see nothing wrong for people who experience joy from those waves. Then there are others who will not listen to anything they perceive as negative about the program. They take it personally, or as a personal attack against the creator of the PINK Method. They excuse all the problems, and accuse people who express their frustrations of being unrealistic and impatient, and request they leave the forum unless they're willing to "go along". They react as though there is a character flaw in the people who take issue with the problems. The website and PINK Community are what is supposed to set this "designed just for women only" program apart from any other. The problems with the website are too great to overlook, IMO. I would suggest, if this is important to you, to wait until PINK 2.0 to join! |
I have not gotten into PINK VIP yet, so I am not sure what that aspect of the program is. I like that fact that Cynthia wrote me back on fb asking if I had gotten taken care of yet. I didn't choose to do it because it was new. I was more interested in the exercise portion of it and needing a new diet because I am struggling with my calories and need more structure. I do like the fact that Cynthia seems so happy to help but I can't comment really on the diet or exercise yet, since my package comes today.

I hear Facebook is working much better for the community portion, and helping to ease the confusion in the VIP website, but I haven't looked into it myself. The creator of the program is also having "video chats" to answer the onslaught of questions. There are a few "back doors" to the VIP Access Website, so be aware ahead of time that information and posts you make there are really public. |
