I don't know if it works but YUMMY. I could defiantly drink that every day. I have heard that cinnamon can slightly raise your metabolism and I know honey is great for brain function and allergy(raw and from your area).
They claim it can cure cancer in just one month. It can make a 100 year old person able to perform the chores of a 20 year old. Taken twice a day, it can cure hearing loss.
We know those are false, so why should anything else on the list be true? It all seems pretty far fetched to me
Cinnamon is also supposed to be good for cholesterol. I put a few sprinkles in my coffee filter every morning. And raw honey is great because of all the antibacterial properties. I haven't heard of cinnamon or honey helping much with weight loss efforts.
