You might want to hold off on your appointment if it's not too late. We've had several threads on this in the past and many people that have tried this have said it didn't work. There have also been some reports on the news about this saying it doesn't work.

Are you on a specific diet plan right now, and maybe need a little tweaking to get going?

well, the women i talk to at the doctors office(the reseptionist) said the doctor has been doing this for 9 years and has had a very good outcome with most of her patiants. she is also an acupunture specialist, the reseptionist said she has this staple in for 6 months had lost 40 lbs. So i think it might be worth a try and the only reason im going is because my father inlaw wants to do this and he asked me to go with him. we are going today at 4:30. i'll let everyone know how it goes. Also if anyone has any diet tips you can throw them my way..thanks guys for all your help.

i got it done yesturday and so far it's good it didnt hert. and last night at dinner i was not really hungry but i new i had to eat something so i just ate a cheese burger plain with no bun because we bbqed. and i was satisfied with that. today i craved water. so thats what ive been drinking. thats pretty much all for now. i'll waigh myself again in a week. i will keep everyone posted.

I have a friend that had her ear stapled and it worked great for her. She lost 25 lbs. It might just be a placebo effect or something, but I say if a placebo helps go for it! It will be interesting to know how this turns out for you! Good luck!

Thats what i think, it's all about acupuncture and the doctor had to activate it with a machine so its not just putting a staple in your ear. She actually uses this machine threw the staple to activate signals to your brain which felt weird. But after she did this i completely understood how this worked. I will be waighing myself on the 24th. So we will see if it has worked any then. I'm excited

Ok i waighed myself for the challange this
morning and i am down 4 pounds. that seems inposible
but thats what the scale said.. it's awsome i'm really lovein this
staple girls. 4 lbs in 3 days it must be all the water im drinking to
every scense i got the staple i've wanted water and not iced tea
i still drink my 2 cup of coffee in the morning though.
