Default Fiber Choice Weight Mgmt Fiber Supplement

Just saw this in the store and decided to pick up a bottle. Anybody else used it? The bottle says Sugar Free Strawberry Flavor, chew 2 tabs to help curb cravings and promote weight control. It contains Chromax and green tea. I usually am not one to buy any type of weight loss pill or product, but I figured this is basically just fiber, which all of us can probably use.

Anybody used it before? Two tabs contain only 16 calories. It says it makes you feel full longer, so I thought I'd take it before a meal.

It'd probably be cheaper just to get Benefiber which I think is the same type of fiber (maybe I'm wrong).

Fiber does help fill you you up, which is one reason veggies are so filling.

I'm buying the Fiber Choice with calcium. I sometimes don't get enough fiber, plus at my age I need the extra calcium.

Question fiber before meals

I posted this on another thread but got no response so I'll post here or on another thread.
I'd like to know as an appetite suppressant has any one taken psyllium seed husks with water before meals or taken glucomannan (plant fiber that swells in your stomach) I thought I might try them I know fiber fills you up.

Has any one tried this and did it help you eat smaller portions?
Thanks

I've bought the Fiber Choice and I can say that it didn't do much for me.
A little extra fiber can't hurt though, right?

Any extra source of fibre can help to make you feel fuller -- good old Metamucil is also good. Just be careful when you increase your fibre through any source, to make sure you are drinking enough water.
