Has anyone heard of and/or tried this program?
I just shelled out $40 and printed out a whole reem of paper, so I'm going to give it a go regardless... but I thought I'd check and see if anyone had any feed back or pointers before I get started.

Tom Venuto is highly regarded in the world of natural body builders and sports nutrition. I've read the ebook and follow most of his principles. I never did his program "by the book" because I was already a seasoned lifter, but the science of his program is sound.
Given that you are at a very healthy weight for your height, I think doing his program would be great for you. You would probably not lose scale weight (you didn't want to hear that, did you?), but you would end up a much smaller, tighter, and sleeker "you". When I first started lifting and eating that way, I lost 2 jeans sizes without any change on the scale.
