Default Have you seen or taken the WellnessproDiet???

Hi I was wondering if anyone has tried the Wellnesspro diet. I saw a blog my friend sent me to and she lost 12 lbs in 17 days, she said it taste like a milkshake and there were 2 other products she was taking called block n burn and dfense. I think I'm going to give it a try since I love shakes but it would be nice to know if any of you have tried it. Thanks a bunch. Keep up the great work I love you site...

If she lost 12 pounds in 17 days, then she lost a lot of water weight and everything in her digestive tract You have to burn 3500 cal more than you consume just to lose one pound of fat.

The diet is a very low carb diet with the addition of very expensive shakes. I checked their supplements and don't see anything that has actually been proven to assist in fat loss.

In my personal opinion, there are better ways to lose weight

ez1 - Honestly, there is no program currently out there that hasn't been a regurgitation of a previous program. Supplements across programs are pretty similar with similar ingredients with different promises. Someone could talk about a program and promote it highly, if they are looking to benefit from it.

The real way to evaluate a program is to evaluate specific ingredients in specific products as well as see how many calories are expected on the plan.

Whenever you start a diet, you generally get a 'whoosh' of weight loss due to water loss. With low carb diets, you also generally lose more in the first couple weeks due to the glycogen in your body being used up. So it wouldn't be unusual to lose 10 lbs or more in a couple weeks and none of that be fat.
