It's a pill. Diet pill plus antioxidants.
There was a recent study published that showed antioxidants in supplement form were not used by the body, and that we should look to natural foods instead. I'll try to find the link.

They claim you will lose weight only in those places that women don't like, such as bulging thighs. If you lose weight, it's all over, there's no way to remove it from just certain spots unless you go for liposuction. Plus, there's nothing in there that will cause weight loss. It contains green tea extract, but the only studies done on green tea showed very minimal effects on weight loss. 8 pounds over the course of a year, if you diligently drank at least 4 cups of real green tea every day.
