Angry High BP - and the DASH diet

Has anyone else tried the DASH diet for reducing their BP?

It has worked for me, but I can't seem to lose weight on it so I have gone on to calorie counting as well. Has anyone else had this problem?

Default DASH Diet Reply

I have a copy of it, and it looks awful. I am a big ketchup-eater, and that is obviously a no-no on this diet. I'll let you now if I get brave enough to actually go on the diet. I will say, though, that the daily food sheet they give is very detailed.
