Default Calorie Points System!!

Hi all,

I am wondering if anyone knows anything about, or is familiar with the "Calorie Point System" to keep track of your calories for the day. I know diabetics sometimes use it as a way to track their calories for the day in meal planning. (1 calorie point = 75 calories). Actually, it is just a simplified way to tally up your calories for the day. Ex.: 1500 calories/20 calorie pts.

So if ANYONE is familiar with this counting method for calories, PLEASE contact me! Thanks in advance!

Default Hey There

I have been a WW for years. I now do a modified SBD.still counting points. My rule of thumb is 50 cal. = a point..It really depends on how much fiber is in the item you are eating..It works for me..I have lost over 60 lbs. Ofcourse exercise works too..Joanne
