I am using one Keto diet program and its been more then month, I lost 5 kg .I just wana know is it OK loosing weight this fast ?

Yes, By Following Keto Diet, I lost 3 Kgs in 20 days. I do exercise along with daily work schedule routine.
These are all after quitting everything and going without thinking anything Ahh.
