Default Did anyone see last night's Dateline?

Did anyone see last night's Dateline?

There was a story about 2 brothers, one in a wheelchair who was influencing the other brother to do burglaries. The one brother was diagnosed after they were caught w/ disorder that I thought was Finkelsteins Disorder which affects decision making ability. Is anyone familiar? I am trying to research it now and evidently don't remember the name correctly. I've searched the Dateline website and am coming up dry--
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. It may make a big difference in a young man's life.

Thanks

Default Dateline

The disease is Klinefelter (or Klinefelter's) Syndrome.

Yes, I saw the segment. I think the disabled brother, who is in prison, was trying to implicate the one w/ Klinefelter's to try and make himself look "less guilty". There was a remarkable difference in the behavior and appearance of the brother w/ Klinefelter's after he got the testosterone therapy he needed.

However, it did bring to mind that movie of a few years ago, the one w/ Richard Gere and Ed Norton, where Ed "faked" having multiple personalities to get acquitted of murdering the priest.

Thanks-- I did some research on line and so far find nothing regarding the inability to make decisions-- even if only in dysfunctional families-- thanks for posting. I appreciate it!

I saw that episode. Did the brother with the genetic disorder also have a concave chest? My brother had that when we were kids...runs in the family. Have to say that my interest was sparked.
