Just wondering if anybody else has any experience with peripheral neuropathy. My biggest challenge is to keep up with exercise.

I have it. So far it's only affecting my right hand. I have Central Nervous System Vasculitis and had 2 strokes 4 years ago. I'm 35. I really don't have a lot of problems with my legs as long as I don't do a lot of walking on hard pavement.
Have you tried water aerobics?
