    Mygirl, good for you for making the effort to get to the gym. You get a star! *

    Doing a bit better, upped the vitamin R and the weight is back on its way off my *** ASAP.

    It is crazy what we do to our bodies! I've been watching Top Model (probably not a good idea) and maybe am more critical of myself. Luckily I am dating an artist who is crazy about my form, so it puts things in perspective. I want to lose so I will be healthy (BMI about 21). Right now I'm not at a good weight, I can't move very well and technically obese. Taking care of that with yoga, cycling, and running.

    I'm so glad to hear you're doing much better, way to go!

    Don't be too self critical about your body - just keep dating that artist of yours...sounds like just what the doctor ordered.

    Keep up the yoga etc you will look your best in no time.

    I have been getting out and about more and more these days busy with work which is going great.

    Have to run to the gym have to shake that butt ! lol
