Doing a bit better, upped the vitamin R and the weight is back on its way off my *** ASAP.
It is crazy what we do to our bodies! I've been watching Top Model (probably not a good idea) and maybe am more critical of myself. Luckily I am dating an artist who is crazy about my form, so it puts things in perspective. I want to lose so I will be healthy (BMI about 21). Right now I'm not at a good weight, I can't move very well and technically obese. Taking care of that with yoga, cycling, and running.
