i think mine is more of an interaction with my BCP because when i am super stressed....or physically very active...or put my body through any type of extra force/stress...my TOM vanishes...i'm taking ortho novum/necon 1/135, whatever that is, and i've taken it for a few years now....i don't know if it's high or low estrogen/progesterone, or whatever they put in BCP...but i've had zero side effects except for this one hiccup in regards to a different way of eating

but it's good to know that it's happened to other people as well...this week is supposed to be TOM and, besides one tiny spotting, literally ONE, you wouldn't even know it's TOM

I think my hormones have decided to give me a nice little tour of what they can do. First two cycles dieting, I got nightmare premenstrual anxiety. Next two cycles, it's time for the menstrual migraine to put me through my paces! The breast tenderness is back this cycle too, although it's only been a few days. I remember one month, years ago, when I got horrible breast tenderness for two weeks. I was trying cabbage leaves in by bra by the end, I was so desperate.
