Joanne...... I had a smallpox vaccination as a kid too. Just scared for all us with weak immune systems. This new vaccine sounds like it may not be easy to take.
Ran to the mall early today. Got my shopping done with the exception of stocking stuffers. Wrapped presents yesterday and put all the recepts together. Too much money spent for one day.
My sister-in-law sent me $300 gift certificate for Cold Water Creek. I have never spent that much in one place, but I will try it now!!!

Ally- some of that vacine that they will be giving is over 40 years old. They are working on a new one that is not supposed to be live. I wonder what side effects it will have. This reminds me of the time they had a drive to give everyone a flu shot ( I can't remember exactly) but it was for a strain of flu that was supposed to be really bad. Anyhow ,I made my whole family take it and then I found out that it had some really bad side effects. I had to drive myself nuts then because of us all taking it. This time I am taking a back step.
We are having some cool weather for a change. I stay cold most of the time. I hate the really hot weather and I don't like the really cold. I hurt all over when I get cold. If I had a hot tub,I would probably stay in it all the time. Bye all...Joanne

Joanne...that's what I thought, too...about the hot tub. When we built this house I thought if I had a whirlpool in my bathroom I'd use it every night...I never use it! Seems I'm always in a hurry to get to bed and take a shower!

Which is where I'm headed now...I'm sooooo tired! Church twice today and did all the monthly bills (some were already late!!!), made out some Christmas cards (running late on those, too!), and got 23 gifts ready for piano students and my best Avon customers. Plus...went to Lowes to look for new appliances (dish washer conked out) and took my m-i-l a poinsettia.

Whew...what a day! Tomorrow I have to drive all the way to McMinnville (hour one way) to do another AmSouth bank shop...I did SEVEN of those last week! But they pay really good.

Oh...yes...I forgot who asked now (fibro fog again! hey...gotta blame it on something...since I'm NOT getting old!) Anyway...whoever you are...Sami is a golden retriever...and a beaut at that! She is the sweetest, best natured dog I've ever had...and probably the prettiest...all dressed up in her Christmas scarf! I wish the pictures hadn't turned out so dark...you can't really see her that good! Or me eitherfor that matter...but...that's probably a GOOD thing! :p

I got the sprtiz made and they turned out ok this year..new recipe so I will use it next year too! Made the trees with green dough and green sprinkels and drizzled white icing over them like snow and topped with a red dab!! They look nice..........made tons of other stuff too and and I am eating way to much this year..be glad when they are out of the house! I have made so many different kinda of cookies this year and sampled them all!

Made some garlic rosted pecans too! Yummmmmmm!

I always cut back on my healthy food to add in the cookie calories....not a wise healthy choice I know And I will pay with pain.

Hi-It's snowing again!!!!!!!Brad's buying a new truck today-I have to help him with the color-ha-and getting the loan, We saw a beautiful Christmas show yesterday-then my girlfriend came back with us for dinner-lively discussion about religion-2 Catholics and a Baptist-touchy subjects. Oh Anagram, prayers are with you-hope hubby continues to progress-Brad has to get all the tools out of the living room today-guy didn't show up yesterday but I have to decorate and put the tree up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Bye for now. Oh Joanne i stayed the same and this week so far has been a disaster i am thinking seriously of going to TOPS instead of ww i am not getting any support from the leader and her meetings are boring never nothing new or anything HELP!! with xmas coming i am so afraid i am going to get back to where i was and i hope not i am really watching today and during the day i am good and then something clicks in my brain and all i want to do is eat
