Hey There
Hey Girls-- Got back from a great time in Arizona on monday night..You can not imagine how nice a time I had... I went to the Grand Canyon..WOW!. Sanora, Bisby Benson.Etc. Spent a lot of money. The climate is not for me though. I am used to the Fl.humidity. My brother lives about 8000 ft up in the mountains. A beautiful area . And the best part..I lost weight.
I see that you guys are doing Adkins and losing on it.GOOD. I am still sticking with WW and portion control.
My hubby got a little sick while I was gone,but, I think he brought it on himself.Eating wrong.. My son was here and did well.. took him to the Dr. with a major case of Heartburn.
I am helping my son pack up his house and move. He will be with us untill he gets a new house settled. HELP!!Also. I have been doing laundry up the kazoo..See you all later...Welcome new people....Joanne

Have A Great Day
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I posted a message on this thread (I think...that's what I am confused about...) but now I can't find it! I got an email there was a new post from Joann and didn't notice that it was the old thread. I read it and posted a reply welcoming Joann back, etc. Then I came here and there was no message from Joann or me. Then it hit me it must have been the last thread. Went over there and looked and there's Joann's message but not mine. Did I just dream all that??? Having a bad Fibro Fog day so I guess anything's possible.
Meme- That's OK. I have been in a fog for a couple days. Hopefully it will get better each day... I just about finished packing up my sons house. Just a couple more days...
Bye, Joanne
WELCOME BACK. JoAnne-glad you ghad a good time. Been watching the news since 5 am. Let's all pray that they have this guy. Got my mammo yesterday and it didn't even hurt. She only took 2 pictures of each boob !Is that usual. Course the doc still has to get the info but I'm glad it's done. The new hormones don't make my boobs hurt like prempro did big time. Started Christmas shopping. Fun. Be good everyone. Mima
Happy- I have already overdone it. We have just 3 more days till the new owners takes position of the house. My son works full time . He is taking off tomorrow to help. I can't do much for his home office. I will work with him and we will get it done. My back and legs have just about 2 more days left in them.
Yes I had a great time . I haven't had time to develop my films yet. Like everything else it will have to wait...
Joanne
HI.....I'll have to go look at the other thread too.....was on here last week and our power went off and messed the puter up..Had a flu shot today and and had my hair trimmed and shopped, need to get things ready to take for Christmas when we go to my moms at Thanksgiving. It is approaching way too fast this year! It has been to cold for me to do fall yard stuff too!
Thought I was up two pounds but it must have been water cause it was gone today! What a relief............Been trying to eat in the middle of my pts most days whne I get no exercise!!!!!!!!
Thanks . Anne. The hormone is a synthetic form of estrogen and provera-not Prempro-FEMHRT. First time my boobs haven't hurt . We are going to a church conference today so hubby is home doing things. I had to rip apart the quilt because some of the cloth was ripped-that is after my cut on my finger kept bleeding and I had to wash the cloth -parts of it-many times. Take it easy Joanne !!!!!!!!!Hi to everyone. Are you ok, Freddie? Still freezing out!!!Mima snow never melted
Hi guys...just checking in. Haven't read any posts, so hope all are well. I did read Happy's funny about parenting.
I am going thru **** with my son Steve. He is in trouble at school, has that "no one can tell me what to do" attitude going.
We may have to get him out of school and into a GED program. This has been such a struggle.
BUT...I haven't eaten much this week.
Boy am I going to be messed up with daylight savings cuz I wake up at 5 every morning. Went to the conference and when we went out to eat , Brad choked on a piece of chicken and it was very scary but he could still talk and he said he wasn't choking. just that it wouldn't go down/. He's ok though. I am only going to give him babyfood from now on. It's raining here today!!!Quilt top done, I may sew it together today. I feel bad for you Ally, hope things get better soon. Joanne-hope you are almost done. Bye, Mima Hi to all!
Mima - glad that Brad is ok. That could have been serious. Hope the quilt top goes together well for you.
Ally - Boy I'm glad my kids are grown and on their own. I wouldn't want to have to raise kids today. Of course, I don't think they have really changed all that much, but I don't have the energy to put into it anymore.
Candice - what is Silpat? Obviously I don't use it, as I don't even know what it is
Joanne - I hope you are almost done packing, and that you are doing ok with it. What on earth would those fellows do without their moms?
We've all known people that were able to "work the system" to their
own
Happy cute story but I had to read it several times to get it! Duh.............If I only had a brain! Sipat is a silcone sheet you use instead of greasing your baking sheets. They say cookies do not burn and stuff just slides off.............You can check it out here: http://www.jbprince.com/product.asp?0=289&1=297&3=2627
Mima...I do not daylight savings time either takes me forever to get my body clock to reset!LOL Glad Brad is ok..choking is very scary! I hate it when somehting goes down the wrong side and you can't get your breath...........
Ally......sorry to hear about your son..the plus side is you are not eating..........Hummmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Going to a potluck today I think..it is the local Fibro group but it is outside and it is cold here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
