Fibromyalgia #74
Just giving you all a fresh start:^:
|
Anne...actually, I already knew all the facts about Atkins. My son has been doing it for a couple of months. He has lost down to his college weight...a loss of about 30 pounds, and hasn't been hungry at all. I have also done Atkins before and I know it works. I tried to tell you that about a month or so ago and you (or someone) said it caused kidney disease...so I just hushed. I'm going to do it again as soon as I get home. I know if I eat more protein and less carbs I just feel better and have a lot more energy and I don't have to count points or calories.
We went for our dolphin cruise...it rained on us. But we saw several dolphins before it started to rain. A couple of them actually raced the boat we were on. |
Hi
Glad you enjoyed the cruise.
It wasn't me that said it caused kidney disease - I have been on it before, but I think I cheated in the Induction and you just can't do that. This time, I am being good! I guess this means that you didn't get sick, so you are off on the other two cruises? |
No...hubby is going on the fishing cruise tomorrow...6 hrs. I'm going through a really bad 'pain' spell right now so I'm going to stay here and sit out on the beach or by the pool and read. Just so much 'fun' I can stand! I don't think we are going to do the dinner cruise, either. It is on the same boat we went out on yesterday and, in the words of Shania Twain, it didn't 'impressa me much'! We decided to go to this really nice restaurent that is right on the ocean...glass walls...instead.
Well...I'm headed for the beach, a lounge chair, umbrella and my book. LATER! |
Today was the best day we've had. We didn't DO anything! Just stayed around here and soaked up some sun and stuff. We went out on the beach for awhile...late morning. Then to the pool...early afternoon. Then came in and 'rested' and grilled steaks. Had an early dinner and then back out to the beach. Hubby fished off the beach for awhile before dark. Caught a sting ray. That was fun...getting that thing off his hook! HA He caught one pretty big fish...I don't know what it was but the other men that were fishing said it wasn't good to eat. He caught several other fish that he gave away. He is going out on a 6 hr. deep sea fishing charter tomorrow. Guess I'll just lay around on the beach and by the pool again. Poor me!

Don't get too much sun Meme or have too much fun:D What a life!
Yappy Happy.. Congrats on the 6 pound loss!!!!!!!!!!I tried Atkins too and I get weak and shakey from no carbs and just about passed out. :faint: I know it works but can you stay on it for life..they say that is the trick to any eating program. Sounds like this is working for you if you are feeling better... I do not think I could do that but with WW I can eat anything! (and we all know I do!:smug: ) I had heard too it causes kidney problems..was it me that posted that? :chin: No memory of things ya know! I have to watch my fat intake due to my liver so I have eaten pretty much a low fat diet since 1990. Now if I could just stay away from the sweets!!!!!!!!!!!! They do me in..I do not think I could ever give them up:eek:......can you have any sweets? Are you still eating your choc? I weighed today and I am the same......must be my extra walking! Still maintaing after a year!:D :goodvibes |
Worked on cleaning the house form 8am to 7 pm Monday and I am bushed!:dz: We had to empty a large closet in my sons old room to get to a cubby hole to get to a window to change the shade that was falling apart that my MIL thought looked very tacky from the road!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I knew it looked bad but have not been able to get to the window......now it is done and no one will even notice but I know is is done............so much to be done and my body will just not cooperate...am better after I rest but we can't rest all the time now can we!;)
My flowers in July before the big storm! http://photomail.photoworks.com/shar...Q8saRRFDxOWRGL :mouse: watched the cat play with a mouse today and the dog caught it! Ally..I'm with you on the 9.99 shoes! What we won't pay for a little comfort! Freddie..Wow.........with all the secrets you know you could be a spy! |
Hi
Took the train to Boston yesterday with my favorite sister-in-law. We haven't had much time together so it was great and we shopped til we dropped. Got fancy shoes for 7.50 fancy tops for 10-nice pants-cute denim outfit worth over a 100 for 34. Fun fun fun but really tired today. Oh Meme, enjoy every minute!!!!!You deserve it!Very cool today-Brad is fixing thermostat so it desn't stay on nonstop, then we have to sign some papers and he is putting up a fence for the dog.I am wicked tired today. Did I tell you I was crying uncontrollably the other night. Must be the hormones . I feel normal again. Hi to everyone and bye for now. Mima
|
I need a fresh start. Always have trouble getting back here. Takes a lot of minutes of waiting for nothing - even this morning. I did not bother to read anything except the first post because I could crash any second.
Will go back after I post this and try to read other posts. Is my E-mail address in my profile? I do better with E-mail then getting on forums. Chats are completely out of my category. Freddie<[email protected]>. Please don't send me spam. :?: :dizzy: :o  |
Yappy.............http://www.3fatchicks.com/lowcarb/
If it works for you do it! What hapend to your 40-30-30 or whatever it was..I thought that worked for you? Mima.....I bet it is your hormones...My doc after my hysterectomy told me my crying and mood swings were not from my harmones and sent me to a shrink......I have a new gyno and fine now! Doctors do not know everthing even though they think they do! Hey Freddie........I love spam..the kind you eat that is!!!!!! My puter has been giving me all kinds of trouble..I go for days not being able to acces my email:eek: |
Hi-I have been feeling fine lately.Hope it stays. We put up a fence for the dog yesterday-I held the poles-but I got under the deck and cleaned out a bunch of stuff. Going for a walk with Auntie today.Chinese for lunch-but i can eat low-fat.Hope everyone is good. Mima
|
Candice...for getting your email...once a week you can use mailstart for free. Any more than once a week you have to pay for. All you need is your email address and your password. Go to http://www.mailstart.com and type in your email and password...make sure you get both right because you only get one chance...if you type it in wrong you lose you free pass for that week. It will pull your mail up from your server and you can read, forward, delete...whatever. That's how I keep my charter account cleaned out when I'm on vacation. It works good when your mail server is down, too.
It rained here big time last night and this morning. The ocean waves came all the way to the steps of the deck going off the condo. Didn't like much getting the condo!!! The ocean is rough today and the waves are huge...but really pretty. I'm going to try to get some of them on film. Hubby made a picture of me out on the beach...it's kind of dark and he had his finger over the lense on the left side...had to cut it off (he always does that!)...but here it is, anyway. I'm going to make a picture page to send to the kids later today. I'll post the URL in here so you all can see, too...if you're interested! |
Oh Boy
Meme, aren't you looking comfortable. Me, I am basking in snow today:lol:
Candice - I wanted to try Atkins, because it doesn't have many carbs - only 2 cups of salad a day and 1 cup of veggies - to see if I can get this yeast business cleared up. Yeast live on sugar, and even one piece of bread breaks down into sugar! I do not crave sugar at all. I am very satisfied eating and then not having to think about it again. I often miss lunch because I just have forgotten the time and by stomach isn't yelling at me to go eat. I will eventually, over time, go back to the 40-30-30 diet because it is very easy to be on. Actually, either of these diets can be a lifestyle(many have done that). Also, I have noticed from not eating sugar or junk food, my energy levels are really, really good. Haven't had fatigue since I started on this. My pain levels from FM are also down, so this is my motivation, other than losing weight. If I can NOT have the fatigue then I won't eat sugar etc. As far as kidney problems go, he addresses this in his book. Unless you have kidney problems, this diet won't promote one. Hi Mima - glad you are back at it. Hope you have nice weather and are able to enjoy your walk. Hi Freddie - Hope your computer didn't crash on you. Why are you having so much trouble getting to this site? It works ok for me. Anagram - Hope you had a nice little jaunt, and are feeling ok. |
Thanks, Happy. But our jaunt turned out fairly disastrously. I'll skip the smaller things. We enjoyed wedding. Grooms grandfather died early morning after wedding so we figured we'd extend stay until after his funeral Wednesday. DH started having some knee discomfort Sat at wedding. By Monday, he could hardly walk. By Tuesday we left racetrack area and headed home. We did stop at afternoon viewing to pay respects but then headed home, missing funeral.
To make a long and difficult story short, the last three days have been filled with doctors, tests, etc. Just a few hours ago, we saw an orthopedic surgeon who aspirated the knee and decided the problem was that he had bleeding into the knee due to the blood thinner he takes because of his artificial aortic valve. I of course thought it was arthritis, as did he based on my experiences. There was a concern about it being an infection because of the danger to the valve. A concern about it being gout, etc., etc. I was concerned about his kidney situation too. At any rate, he is at home not in the hospital as might have been. We are grateful he's not in hosp, doesn't have infection (so far), etc. He had improved a good bit since yesterday. Last dr. says he thinks the worst is over, that it will improve on its own over the next ten days and then he will start him on physical therapy. That's the SHORT version. Another bad thing is that tomorrow is GRANDPARENTS' DAY at dgd's school (first grade) and we can't go. We had sort of been planning the last day or two that he would stay home if ok enough to be alone and I would go down after dr's appt this afternoon. But then that dr. was able to get us in with orthopod and by the time we got home from that it was after five oclock, raining and getting dark. Thing starts at 8:15 AM two hours drive away. With cataracts and expected rain, I doubt I can do it in the morning (plus fatigued from last three days - I drove 5 1/2 hours Tuesday to get him home). Would have been even more so without new thyroid med, I'm sure. So little dgd wouldn't talk to me on the phone and when she did finally get on, she was crying. I so hate to disappoint her but didn't think anything else was safe and feasible plus still don't think dh should be alone right now. Her Daddy's been away for more than a week taking care of his mom who had surgery last Friday. PLUS they live only a few miles from where the shootings took place last week in Rockville. Would have liked to go for dd's sake too. Dgd was ten feet off the ground yesterday, so excited about the plans the school and her class have for tomorrow. She's a very family oriented little girl and I know she's crushed. I'm still thinking of trying it in the a.m. but then am torn about leaving dh because he still needs to be checked for signs of infection, etc. and goes easily into denial plus still can't drive. Yeesh, who said it's easy? Glad some of us are having a good time. Enjoy, Meme. Glad you're feeling better, Mima. Candice, that depression was short lived as mine usually are. Gone by morning. I'm feeling so much better on thyroid med that I think now it may have been that. I'm not depressed tonight even with the way things have been going. At least the 2 year old talked to me. She told me she played PlayDough at school. |
I need a fresh start!!!! I weighed in yesterday at TOPS and gained so I am out of leeway. Have 2 weeks to get back so I will be in leeway.
Freddie:mad:   |
Hi there. Oh meme-you look so good!!Great time yesterday but I am so sore from all the physical stuff I've been doing. Going to soak in the tub. My daughter is coming over this afternoon to visit. She gets lonesome with no boyfriend. I'm sorry you couldn't go to your gd's school. Anagram but ther will be another time I'm sure. Hope hubby is ok. This is going to seem a bit rough but children need to learn how to handle disappointment-not that we want to cause it intentionally-I'm using the voice of 34 years experience teaching-My students will always remember me for respondind to their "it isn't fair" with life isn't fair. It felt mean but as soon as I learned it for myself, got much happier. Why am I going on about this? Anyways, hope hubby is better. It's really yucky out today-wish I was at the beach with Meme. Hello and goodbye everyone. Mima
|
Anagram...sorry you are having such a bad time right now but..."this, too, shall pass". That has been one of my favorite quotes for years! My prayers are with you and your family!
Mima...I wish you were here, too. I wish you all could have been here...we would have had a blast. Don't know how hubby would've handled it, though! Here's a 'picture page'. http://www.design-max.net/GulfShores.html My last day...headed for the beach and a walk. |
Well, I think today I've done one of the wildest things I've done in years. Woke up at 5:15 and got dressed, drank a Slimfast and headed out for daughters to go to Grandparents. It was still dark, it was raining, I have cataracts. Traffic going into D.C. is terrible in her area. When I called her I was halfway there and she told me to turn around and go back home. Actually, she said "are you crazy" and that she had tried to call me back last night and tell me gdg was ok with it. so I drove 2 1/2 hours or so going down and almost two coming home almost all in rain, some light, some heavy. But I got to Grandparents Day. I told them not to count on it happening again. And then there was another shooting this a.m. but about an hour and a half south of them but dd got worried about them throwing up roadblocks and was figuring out other ways to get me home, etc. Had long talk with dgd about things happening sometimes even when you say you'll do something you can't always when the time comes. She was ok with my not staying long etc. Of course, the look on her face when she saw me was worth the effort. But after the week I've had, I still think I'm crazy.

A quick message saying I have a message here, but when I get here I cannot find it. It also takes my computer a long time to get here after I click whatever is given in my e-mail. Will be busy next weeks going to Heart Specialist Monday where I am to have some kind of nuclear tread mill test without a treadmill (I think they use an IV) and also having another Cat Scan on Wednesday.
More fun!!!! Freddie |
Great pics Meme.............how peaceful the beach and ocean look:)
Thanks for the tip on the mail..I will have to go sign up for that but wheneour server is down, which it is alot I can't even get my internet connection:eek: |
Yappy..if you can only have 2 cups of salad and 1 cup of veggies what the heck do ya eat!:dizzy: When I tired this I got really constipated! I eat tons of fruit and veggies ....too help this problem. Hope this clears up your yeast...do you eat yogurt?
|
Gotta headache and my vertigo is back...got some fall yard work done today though:D
|
Hi Candice:
Got here pretty quick this morning. Wrote to you in the Night Owl thread. Same old thing. I have 2 weeks to lose enough weight so that I can still be a KOPS - a fat KOPS - since I was given a high goal weight. I will have to cut down on meat this week because I always gain when I eat too much meat. I will have to cut down on things that contain salt because my feet swell even after I am good about salt. I have several containers of yogurt in fridge, lots of lettuce, tomatoes, celery, peppers, carrots, lemons, limes, as well as lactose-free milk (no-fat kind). My pantry is full of can goods but most things even though some say low-sodium has lots of sodium. Bottles are full of olives and dill pickles and I should stay away from them but once they are opened I am a goner. I purchased cans of strawberries but they are full of sugar but I mix it with my no-fat yogurt. I have some boat looking plastic dishes that came with my large size George Foreman Grill. I sometimes make a banana split in them without the chocolate sauce but with the yogurt and strawberries as a sauce. It really tastes good but it has 6 points. If I add nuts, it has more points. I should only eat 18 points a day. I will have to decide what to do with the huge meat loaf I made yesterday with whole eggs and oatmeal and canned tomatoes and catsup and cut up onions, green pepper, celery, and carrots. It tastes real good and I eat too much. No room in the freezer. Freddie  |
I have done nutty things too Anagram-scary being so close to Washington-I hope they find those snipers soon!!!It must be awful to be afraid to go out of the house. It is pouring here-lousy weekend. I don't care-when you are retired holidays don't matter, every day is one. I'm going to finish cutting out the quilt. Meme-great pictures!!!Where are you exactly. Daughter came over-she slept for a long while, then we went to Walmart and then she went home in the wrong direction-one hour wasted!!!But it was nice to see her. She almost lives in Conn. and I almost live in NH. Be good everyone. Mima
|
Hi Mima:
I finally got here - after several tries. My niece who lives outside Washington phoned me to tell me she made goal at Weight Watchers this week. I told her she had to come down here until they catch that sniper. She said her daughter goes to kindergarten, which is required. I told her to home school her down here - not that it's so safe in this part of Virginia either. I don't think she feels her child will gain the sociability if she is home-schooled. In my neighborhood, I don't think there are any children that young. In her mother's neighborhood, the same is true. Oh well, she is going to Busch Garden today since her membership for the year is just about over. They phoned Williamsburg yesterday and was told they were open. She went there and they had closed because of the rain. I think the weather is better today. Love, Freddie |
Anagram....You are saint. But, I would have done the same thing. Can't disappoint a kid.
Meme......Wish I was sitting next to you on that beach.... Gotta clean my house.....having people over for football tomorrow. Ate a huge Fish Fry last nite. Also had sugar this week. I will pay for all this by tomorrow nite.... |
Good morning/afternoon all
Meme - What a beautiful place that is. Wish I was sitting on the beach with you. That would be great. Too bad it has to end!
Anagram - I just knew you were going to that. You are a wondeful grandma and maybe your grandaughter learned something as well. She must have been very surprised and oh so happy. That was a wonderful thing for you to do, but I hope not at a high cost to you. I hope your hubby is feeling better. What a worry. Freddie - Hope the Dr. visit is a good one. I guess it is great they have all these tests for you - although a bit of a bother. The weight, well it could be meds, water - who knows! You'll get it off. You are probably having a bit of anxiety with the anticipation of next week. Mima - Have a nice day. Candice - On the Atkins diet, for the first 2 weeks, no sugar is allowed and only 25 carbs. The veggies take care of that! So, no to yougurt right now. After next Thursday, I can add 5 carbs a week until I start to gain. We will see how it goes. I have trouble eating all that meat!! However, it is a small price to pay to get rid of the yeast, and the fatigue. Even my pain levels have fallen, so that is a good thing - along with NEVER having to be hungry. Ally - Hi. Have fun tomorrow. Hi Serenity . I hope you are feeling better. Did the snow hit you as well. Heard on the weather station that it was supposed to get to Winnipeg. It is cold here today. Was -9 when I got up(about 14 above I guess). Hi Joanne - Hope your trip was nice. It will be good to have you back with us. This weekend is Thanksgiving in Canada, so I am having my family home. My son is coming today and my daughter and her family tomorrow. We will have Thanksgiving dinner on Monday. Today, I have to go to a funeral. A very good friend of ours passed away from cancer. So not a real happy day here. Take care, and have a nice weekend. |
Home again, home again, jig-a-dee-jig-jig!
It was a long drive and I'm soooo tired! :faint: Anne...I'm starting Atkins on Monday. Going to go get some 'protein' and salad stuff tomorrow after church. Hope I get some energy out of it, too!!! Wouldn't that be a nice bonus to losing weight? Mima (I think it was you who asked? :?: I'm in a Fibro fog!) We were on Orange Beach at Gulf Shores, AL. It is a really beautiful place to stay. I could've stayed another week... We were packing up the car this morning and I looked over at the ocean and there were 4 dolphins playing up really close to the beach. I said...oh...I want to stay right here! But it is good to be home, too. I'd like it better if I had my dog back! I can't pick her up until Monday. :( Anagram...glad you got to go to GPD with your granddaughter... there's nothing like them, is there. I went last month to the park for GPD with my youngest...she's 3. We had a ball. They never forget things like that! We're having all 4 of ours over to spend the night next Friday night...oh joy! I called my daughter when I got home and Ross (6) answered. He said, Meme...are you home now. When I said yes he said...Oh good, can we come spend the night tonight. I said Meme's way too tired for that!!!!!!! Well...gotta go do some more unpacking and then get in the bed...got a killer of a headache and hubby made a huge mess in the kitchen cooking fish I've got to clean up! He tries, bless his heart! |
Thanks All for your notes about my heart tests tomorrow. Friday my GP had his nurse call me and scheduled another cat scan for Wednesday. I suppose he finally got to reading the results of the last cat scan. I told her I had made an appointment with a heart specialist but she said to have the cat scan Wednesday anyway. I will ask the Heart Specialist tomorrow what he thinks.
Freddie |
Good luck and prayers too, Freddie.
I knew the Grammies would understand. I was SOOO tired yesterday. But when I saw another little one crying because she had no grandparent there, I really was glad I had made the effort. Her Mom was volunteering but wasn't in the room right at that moment and the tears were just welling out of her eyes. I asked if I could help her but my gdg said "it's because she has no one here, Mimi". Some of the grandparents went in and out but I just stayed (they may have had more than one at the school). Ross probably had the longest week of his life with you away. Anna calls (long distance) now without parental knowledge and left a long sad message last week about being "all alone" since her Daddy was away and her mom was putting the baby to bed. She was wondering if we were home yet because she thought she'd talk to me since she was so lonely. Now she's concerned about her Deda and offered to come up to see us this weekend. Bet Mom/Dad would love that as he just got home Friday night after being away for eight days. I hope they will come up next weekend if this sniper isn't caught. I think they need to get away from that for a while. Hope y'all have a nice relaxing Sunday! |
Hi-tired today but we saw a nice play last night. Anagram, I got the thrill of my life last year when I saw my gd in FL. win the spelling bee!!!I bet your are glad you went. I was trying to not make you feel guilty if you didn't go. I guess it turned out well. Good luck with your tests Freddie. On our\way to church-go slow Meme so you can keep the essence of your vacation. Happy Thanksgiving Anne!!!!We are having the kids over before we go on our cruise because we will be on the ship for Thanksgiving. Hi Ally, Candice. Joanne should be home soon. Bye Mima
|
Ohhh...not ready to be a grammy yet. Still have teens to deal with and they are really pushing all limits.
Today have people coming over for snacks and football. Also a friend's birthday. Used to do this more often but got sick of all the prep work. Forgot what that was like. Am tired now but my house is clean. The others don't entertain at all. Kinda makes me mad. They will hint that we haven't all gotten together...and then wait for me to plan something. No wonder I ended up with fibro....they are the smart ones. |
How about me? I am not ready to be a great grandmother yet, but I understand from my son that his son and wife are to have a baby in May. Matt hasn't phoned me yet. Maybe he is waiting to make sure everything is okay. My niece had several miscarriages and so she doesn't tell anyone except her mother; but her mother tells me. Sometimes it works out this way when you want a baby and somehow seem not to be able to stay pregnant.
Freddie |
It's cold here and my body does not like it!
DH brought home Monical's Pizza :jeno: tonight...24 pts on half of a Hawiaian one..............then I made a new Choc chip cookie :cookie: recipe last night.(so good) :T..........I do not think I have been this bad in the whole time I have been on WW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least the scale has not gone up yet but it is bound to catch up with me...or if I only slip up once in awhile maybe it will all work out They say no mater how many calories you consume in one day over your limit..that will not make you gain ...unless you do it on a regular basis.... so.... get right back on track! I usally do and reverse bank some too so I think it all balances out for me. I am a few under goal anyway...had to have some pounds to play with :smug: Welcome Home Meme:) Good luck Freddie! I'm not a grandma yet either...... Happy eatin Happy! Ally...I'm glad you are raing the teeen boys and mine are grown! Mima, Joanne, Serenity and Anagram  |
Hi Candice:
I wish I were a few pounds under goal. I am happy if I am within leeway and over goal. I have 2 weeks to get back in leeway. I am trying but maybe not trying hard enough. I answered you in the Night Owl thread. Freddie |
Hi guys-started on the quilt yesterday-I have to be careful of the tension it puts in my neck! You cut out lots of strips and then sew in a pattern! It's really amazing. Got such a good night's sleep-I take my hormones at night now. No mood swingas this week!!!!!It finally stopped raining but it's going to be cold. Did you fix a turkey, Anne? Hubby is working outside fixing the garage door. Did you have fun Ally? Brad is going to be a great-grandpa from one of his step-grandchildren. I don't see my step-grandchildren except for Jessica but she lives in Rhode Island. Bye for now. Hi everyone. Mima
|
Hope all our Canadian friends enjoyed their Thanksgiving.
Sorry, Ally, didn't mean to make you a Grammie before your time. I keep forgetting you're our baby. Ah, below goal, at goal, leeway - all strange terms to me. I think Joanne is still away all this week. Hope it's a blast. We have some sun this a.m. - first in about four days. Only to be in the fifties today (and all this week) and possibility of light frost tonight. Sister two years younger than I has been a "great" for over a year now. the Gram in this case is six months older than my dd so I recognize the fact I COULD have been a "geat" by now if things had worked differently. However, I'm happy just to be where I am in that chain of events. Other sister 14 years younger has been a Gram for 11 years so could conceivably (no pun intended) be a "great" even younger. I tease dh that he could have been a "great" 11 years ago as he's old enough to be Dad of that sister. His reply - maybe other people my age could be but not me. The only thing is I'd have had more energy had the grandkids come along a bit earlier. |
Mostly a pasteup
Had tests all day today. Get results Oct. 22nd., Came home and had this joke on my e-mail so get ready to giggle:
Getting senile An elderly couple, who were childhood sweethearts, had married and settled down in their old neighborhood, and are celebrating their fiftieth wedding anniversary. They walk down the street to their old school. There, they hold hands as they find the old desk they 'd shared, and where he had carved "I love you, Sally." On their way back home, a bag of money falls out of an armored car practically at their feet. She quickly picks it up, but they don't know what to do with it so they take it home. There, she counts the money, and it's fifty thousand dollars. The husband says, "We've got to give it back." She says, "Finders keepers." And she puts the money back in the bag and hides it up in their attic. The next day, two FBI men are going door-to-door in the neighborhood looking for the money and show up at their home. They say, "Pardon me, but did either of you find any money that fell out of an armored car yesterday?" She says, "No." The husband says, "She's lying. She hid it up in the attic." She says, "Don't believe him, he's getting senile." But, the agents sit the man down and begin to question him. One says, "Tell us the story from the beginning." The old man says, "Well, when Sally and I were walking home from school yesterday........" The FBI guy looks at his partner and says, "Let's get out of here!":) :o :o  |
That's funny Freddie... I can't remember a joke long enough to type it. Do you all get big advertising on this site....it just popped up something about BIG FAT....hey, how dare they do that after I ate like a pig yesterday!!!
Still have party food left over but will take it all in to work for the vultures. Real Fall weather here in NY, cold and brisk for our hike today. |
Well...anagram has confused me even more than I am confused already (if that is possible...having a 'fog' day!) with all those grams and great grams. :?: All I know is...if I had known grandchildren would be so much fun I would've skipped the children and just had grandchildren! But...only 2...not 4!!!
They were all four running wild one day and a real estate woman was standing on my daughter's deck watching them...I told her I would give 3 away but I couldn't decide which one I wanted to keep!!! |
