It's one of the only things that works for me, and that is in COMBINATION with medication. I'm Ambien-proof if I don't exercise that day.
It's one of the reasons that, even when I'm in the low of a depression and REALLY do not want to, I do at least 45 min of cardio a day...it's essential for my sleep. |
