I'm the kind of hypoglycemic that has terrible mood swings when my blood sugar dips too low, which can be as often as every 3-4 hours. I'm also the kind of high-functioning autistic that sometimes just doesn't get hunger pangs. Sometimes I don't feel hunger all day! Sounds great, right? Not if I get screaming and yelling sobbing my head off depressed/angry. By the time I figure out I need food to correct the mood swing I'm diving for feel-good foods like chips and cookies.
Can anyone suggest a technological solution to my biological malfunction? I need some way to be told to eat every three hours. I also need to find a good variety of fast and healthy snacks.

. . . so glad you found us.
