Hello everybody! (Sorry, long post

)
I havenīt posted on this board for a long time...I had a very good year in 2006, I did a lot of exercises and I was (as it seemed) on the road to recovery with my eating disorder. But in October 2006 I started to have facial pain. It was first self diagnosed as ear infection, then I went to the dentist...next diagnose was arthrosis in my jaw...next just a muscle tension from cleching my teeth....I got really feed up with the medical profession

Not to mention that I did my final law exam in that time

. Two month ago I was diagnosed with a trigeminus neuralgia (sorry, donīt know the right word in english) and I have started to take carbamazepin. 500mg daily, it doesnīt help that much but my doc refused to let me take a higher dose. But the pain is a bit better now.
Oh, and I have PCO with Insulin resistance and take 1000mg Metformin.
Ok, long story....the essence is: I gained all the weight back I once lost. And maybe a bit more. To scared to weight myself...Having a lot of pain attacks and being on a lot of pain killers and anti- depressant wasnīt helpful either.
My physical strength is...not there anymore. I can barely walk a few stairs without thinking "I am going to die here".

I tried to work out on my stationary bike a few weeks ago. Very sloooowly. It was fine at that moment, but the next day I had a lot of pain attacks, I felt sick and dizzy all the time. Donīt know if thatīs connected...
Does exercise maximize the side effects of Carbamazepin?? Anyone outthere exercising with carbamazepin and trigeminus pain??
You know, I am going on a "journey" in 7 weeks (4 days London- I am still on a students budget

). I am looking forward to that since forever and I accepted that I wonīt loose 25lb until then, but I would like to prevent collapsing on the streets of London....
Sorry for that long post!!
