good morning-Getting a flu shot this am and walking in the cold with my aunt.I went to the chiro yeasterday and now I hurt. I wil have to get a different kind of adjustment when he's done with the treatments. It hurts my trigger points.I was just getting calmer when Ashecroft announced a new warning.Life as we know it is forever changed.Anyways-the cold has made my allergies better.Ally-I dance a lot with my girlfriends in a circle!!I consider it exercise. Ally- Watch Out- Just keep him a friend for awhile. He hasn't got rid of the other one yet...Stay friends... For awhile. Your teenagers are all the trouble you need right now... Just tell me to mind my own business:lol: I have a habit of trying to mother everyone..So some tell me.
Mima- It looks like we are in for some rain.. We need it. We are living in really scary times.. I try to push it back and go on as normal. I get excited when it happens. Just me.
Meme- How are you doing with your eating plan? I am trying to change my way a little. We always had our main meal at supper.. I am trying to have it at noon and just eat light at night. Maybe I can burn off more cal. that way. I want to push myself over this hump I have been on for a couple years. I also have doubled my walking. Makes me hurt more,but what the heck, I hurt anyhow.

Don't worry Joanne...it is very good advice. I just had to scream at my kids and threaten that one will have to go live with their father. Why would I ever think of bringing more chaos and conflict into my life????
You know...men remarry twice as fast as women and all us women know why.
They have it made.
This guy is very very nice and I would not mind making this a nice long term dating situation, but I can see he wants a babysitter and cook.
It has made me realize that being alone is not necessarily a bad thing.
But....I will let him flirt with me for a while.
I can't wait til Halloween so I can get this candy out of here.......
