My standard breakfasts are:
- old fashioned oatmeal with milk and Splenda
- whole wheat toast with peanut butter and a glass of V8
- toasted ww English muffin with low fat cream cheese ad sliced tomato
- Fibre 1 cereal with yogurt
- leftovers from supper - had brown rice and mushroom pilaf yesterday
There is a lot of info in the South Beach Diet recipe forum which may be of help. Check it out. It's a good plan for folks with diabetes, PCOS or other health issues. Phase II would probably work just fine for you. Note that it is
good carb, not
low carb.
