Default Not new to T2 but new to this forum

Hi Everybody,

I was diagnosed with impaired glucose intolerance which turned into T2 a few years back. I have times when I do just great, follow the meal plan and lose weight, lower the A1C, etc. Then, times when I forget all about doing that and have to hear the Dr. lecture me when the values increase.

I have a problem sticking to it. So this next checkup won't be good because these past 3 months I didn't follow anything except my candy/ice cream cravings. Man, I hate it when the Dr. "goes off".

Tomorrow I start a detox from sugar - going cold turkey and I'm going to follow the 1500 calorie diet I have with all good and healthy choices.

I do exercise consistently, so that's a good thing.

Anyway, I look forward to getting support and giving support, when I can.

Katie
