Well . . . great to see you back, Chickie . . . wow, that sounds like it was some nasty break. Glad to hear you are feeling better and that things are calming down financially, too. Also great to hear that the BGL is doing okay.
About all you can do, kiddo, is keep putting one foot in front of the other on the long bumpy road to better health and fitness. You know that with Diabetes, you can't do anything too drastic to cut the calories. Once you can get yourself moving and shaking a little more, it will be a bit better.
