Default I finally made it back

Hello everyone I've been gone for a while. My BF lost his job so we had to give up the internet for a while but I'm back.

I've been doing so-so in weight wise, been going up and down. In June I weighed in at 319 lbs. I'm down to 298 and still trying to lose more. I'm diabetic and my sugars have been running in the norms. I gained some weight due to breaking my leg but got the cast off 3 days ago. Going to go to PT 3 days a week and still on crutches cause the knee is stiff from having the cast on up to my thigh. I'm afraid to try and walk without the crutches cause the knee is so stiff from lack of use. I'm going to see what the PT has to say about some exercises that I can do at home that won't put much strain on the leg but help with getting weight off. If anyone has any suggestions I'm all ears.

Well . . . great to see you back, Chickie . . . wow, that sounds like it was some nasty break. Glad to hear you are feeling better and that things are calming down financially, too. Also great to hear that the BGL is doing okay.

About all you can do, kiddo, is keep putting one foot in front of the other on the long bumpy road to better health and fitness. You know that with Diabetes, you can't do anything too drastic to cut the calories. Once you can get yourself moving and shaking a little more, it will be a bit better.
