Frozen Mint Patties
This was found off of another website, however I am not the one whom found it and therefor do not know who the credit goes to for these DELICIOUS little buggers. They taste like Andes Candies!
Frozen Mint Patties 1 pkg. (envelope) unflavored gelatin (0g) 1 tbs. boiling water - (0g) 1 c. heavy whipping cream (0g) 1 oz. cream cheese (1g) 3 drops mint or peppermint extract (?g) 10 packets splenda (10g) 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (1g) 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted (2g) * We used 1 packet of Nestle Choco Bake, Premelted, unsweetened chocolate flavor. (2g) Soften gelatin in the boiling water. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Chill for 10 minutes and spoon onto parchment (wax) paper and freeze. Pack in an airtight container. Servings 20 Entire Batch 14 grams Individual Mints are .7g each |
Hi Trazzie and thanks for the recipe, however please amend whipping cream grams as they are not zero for one cup!...I think one cup is about 6 grams bringing total gram count to about 20 for the batch (1 gram each).
