Default Cheesecake crust

I went looking for these Health Valley cookies the other day to make a crust for the yogurt cheese cheesecake I was making and couldn't find them. Since I knew graham cracker crumbs have 3 grams of fat, not counting the butter or margarine you have to add, I looked for an alternative.

In the Kosher aisle (not Jewish, but have been finding a lot of healthier food there!) I found these chocolate tea biscuits that only had one gram of fat. I crumbled them up, sprayed the springform pan with Pam and dusted it with these crumbs like you do with flour. It worked beautifully and didn't add hardly any calories to the recipe. I also now have a ready made container of crumbs because you don't really use that much!
