16 oz Neufchatel (LF) Cream Cheese
3/4 Cup Splenda
12 oz FF Cottage Cheese
3 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
In a mixing bowl beat the 2 packages of cream cheese and Splenda until smooth and fluffy. In a blender combine cottage cheese and eggs and blend until smooth
baked them at 400* for 6 minutes, 200* for 35.
Turn off the oven and allow the cheesecake to stay in the oven until cooled off.
