I made this just this past weekend....I did it as cupcakes and ended up getting 34 out of the batch so mine are less than 1 point! I LOVE them!!!! My mom used to make it as a cake years ago when I was doing weight watchers and living at home.
  • I don't think I have ever seen crushed pineapple in water, what brand is it ?
  • 0 PP pumpkin angel food cupcake
    It's a PP redo!

1- 15 oz canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)= 0 PP

1- box angel food cake mix (I used Betty Crocker)= 4 PP

1/3 cup water (give or take, just to loosen things up a tad), but you can go without.

Add spices if you like, these were sweet, and tasted more like just angel food cake, but pumpkin pie spices would make them even more tasty (I think)

Spoon about 1/4 cup into ungreased muffin tins- I was able to make 18 cupcakes. Heat oven to 350*, bake for 30 minutes. Let completely cool before removing from tins.

The nutritional info on cake box divided by 18 (servings) come out to = 0 PP on the calculator/ per muffin.

    YUM.

(please correct me if any of this is wrong)
