Default Chocolate Popsicles

Chocolate Popsicles (Phase 1)

1.25 cup skim or 1% milk
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
3 packets Splenda

Mix until smooth, and pour into popsicle molds.
Makes 4.

My daughter started SB about 2 weeks ago, so did I. We've both lost 10 lbs. each She loves vhocolate popscicles ! I've just got to make her some of these. She'll love them. Thanks for the recipe my fellow Canadian!

Debbie, congratulations to you and your daughter on the weight loss!
I'm glad you like the popsicles... I can't remember where I found the recipe...
I hope you're warm over there... we're in the deep freeze again this morning. Wind chill of -25C. (beats minus forty, but it still feels freakin' cold! )

i've seen several recipes with milk. i thought you could not have milk on phase one????

You can have up to two cups low fat / nonfat dairy (excluding half and half) on Phase 1.

There is a Phase 1 food list available under the SBD FAQ section.
