So I got bored last night and was craving an iced cinnamon pecan bun thing...this was almost too sweet so you may want to decrease the splenda.

1/2 cup skim ricotta
3 dashes of cinnamon
1 splenda packet
bit of vanilla extract
dash of fat free half and half to make it more like icing
few chopped pecans

Yummy!
