Cream cheese Fudge

Cream cheese Fudge 16 ounces of cream cheese,softened 2 oz. unsweet choc. sugar substitute of choice.(It says 1/2 cup but I think a few pkts of sweet n low would do the trick.) 1 t. vanilla pecans In a small mixing bowl, beat the cr. cheese, choc sweet and vanilla until smooth.Stir in pecans. Pour into 8 in. pan lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares. serve chilled. I haven't tried this one.But for Christmas I think I will............Snow |
