    good night everybody,,,,
  • Don't give up yet!! Have you lost any inches??? I find I can tell if I am losing weight more by how my clothes are fitting than by the scale.
  • You haven't done anything wrong, keep up the good work. Thats exactly what happened to me when I started going to the gym.. I gained weight!! I was like WHAT????????

If I'm not mistaken, your muscles retain water when you begin working out like that... some one correct me if I'm wrong please

Keep doing what your doing.... are you eating good? whats your caloric intake?

    Hugs
  • Dont YOU GIVE UP!!! I JUST FEEL THE SAME WAY RIGHT NOW!! For Breakfast I Ate LIke A PIG! But its okay we can get back oN track!!! JUST DONT GIVE UP WERE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!!

    XO Beyonca
  • This could be that you gianed mucle, its normal.
  • Be happy, my trainer told me that for every pound of lean muscle you gain your body will burn 40-50 more calories a day. You will gain weight at first but then your clothes will become looser and you will start to lose weight. Make sure to drink a lot of water to, keep the body flushed
  • maybe your body is getting too used to your routine, you can try and change the way you excercise, i.e. if you're used to the gym, try running every once in a while, don't stick to comfirtable exercising alone
  • yup,

When you start an excercise program it's fairly common to gain weight in the beginning. Also, make sure you are getting enough water. You'll need more if you're breaking a sweat in the gym.

Are you doing weight training, cardio, or a mix? That makes a difference too.

Please don't give up! I know it can seem frustrating in the beginning. Don't focus on the scale right now. You might feel the rewards inside faster than you see them on the scale. A slower resting heart rate, lower blood pressure, more energy, a better body fat / lean muscle ratio, and looser fitting clothes are far better victories than on pound down on the scale.

keep pushing yourself - it will pay off.
