I was in bed before 1000h ....amazing how sleep gives a person a bit more perspective. I was really tired yesterday.

I must get dd 8 off to school and get my butt into work.

Please say a pray for me or send me encouraging thoughts I have to get to work on getting healthy.....I know it is a huge part of why I am finding everything so difficult and it really complicates my health issues.

Hugs and sorry I can't be there for anyone right now....I just don't have anything left to give right now.

I did still make to the gym last night so I am quite happy about that.. I came straight home and fell asleep though.. I have been kinda sick this week so maybe that why I was having such a bad day yesterday! I am feeling abit better today, thanks everyone! I have my weekly weigh-in and measurements today.. Hopefully it all goes well.

I don't really have any plans for the weekend it has been raining here for a week... I hope the sunshine comes out soon, maybe I will get my daughter to teach me how to fish!

I don't have much planned for the weekend, either. I have to take an online midterm for my Bio class, but thats about it. I'll probably go visit my dad, hang out with the boyfriend, and try to go to the beach. It's almost fall, so the weather is not going to be as friendly soon, although, it is california so it doesn't get too cold...
Californians are such wimps! 70 degrees is freezing, here! haha....

Had my tooth pulled yesterday and all went well. Now I need to keep up myy appts and not let them get this far apart and this bad LOLOL.

So far this weekend has been good. Sorry I didn't come on yesterday, I had a terrible headache! Don't worry though, I'm pretty much better now..
So far, all I have done this morning besides get ready for the day is do my online exam, which by the way I got a 98% on .. Biology is not really my thing so I am proud of myself...
I ate some salad for lunch that is not currently agreeing with my stomach. Hopefully I am not coming down with something...

Well today is a Chuck E Cheese birthday party to go to and then its home for some weekly cooking and cleaning. Tooth is doing good, no pain what so ever.... the dentist did a great job.

Sorry I did not come back to post, I did not lose any weight and gained a 1/4 inch in the bust. Not a bad place for it to go..lol kidding aside though I am not going to let it get me down, It may not be showing anywhere yet but I can feel the difference.. And that is a start!

I swam lengths today for one hour!
