Hi I thought I would introduce myself on this thread. My name is Trish, I have a wonderfully supportive husband (although he does not care what I look like, he just supports what I decide when I decide) and 2 children a boy that is 5 and a little girl that is 22 months. I have suffered from depression since I was a teenager and went through puberty (body chemistry changing did it for me) but have been on antidepressants regularly for about 6 years and boy do they do wonders for me. I have had weight issues since I was about 21 yrs. Although my mom thought I had them before then and used to tell me regularly (but that discussion is for another time) I have been yo-yo dieting for years now and am ready for a change. I have been posting regularly on the 100+ club, but I thought this thread would also be good for me, because I still ocassionaly get depressed even with the drugs. I am excited to be here and looking forward to getting to know all of you.

Congratulations on your WL thus far, EXCELLENT!!!!

My DH is like yours, he will support me thru anything and yet never says a thing about my weight. He's a thin person but understands my frustrations (thank God). I know for me battling with SAD, working full time, taking care of my family and house doesn't leave much time for me but this year, I'm really trying to let go of the house duties and give myself some time to enjoy life a bit....it IS helping (even though I hate a messy house lol).
