SOSDD here. I took my first step without crutches today!! Albeit a very small one, more like a couple of shuffles, it's a huge deal to me. So how's everyone else doing?

We are cooking for the birthday boy (a day late bec he had plans with his girlfriend) and a couple of friends, along with his brother who is really just one of his friends anyway We are grilling his favorite meats - burgers, chicken & sausage - along with his favorite fixings and then a cookie cake from the Great American Cookie Co., and then they are all going to see X-Men tonight. Dh and I are gonna enjoy the empty house when they all head out

I have got to CLEAN house this weekend - either tomorrow or Monday when I'm off. Just depends on what comes up (bec it always does)

My boss put on a spring luncheon for her team........was really nice.........

Tonight going out for Greek food for my good friends 40th BD.

Tomorrow I work a 12 hour day in the ER and and evening Sunday. I don't have a day off until June 3rd!

Life is good.........the rain has made everything green!
