SOSDD here. I took my first step without crutches today!!:carrot: Albeit a very small one, more like a couple of shuffles, it's a huge deal to me. So how's everyone else doing?

what about everybody else? y'all must be busy too!

We are cooking for the birthday boy (a day late bec he had plans with his girlfriend) and a couple of friends, along with his brother who is really just one of his friends anyway :p We are grilling his favorite meats - burgers, chicken & sausage - along with his favorite fixings and then a cookie cake from the Great American Cookie Co., and then they are all going to see X-Men tonight. Dh and I are gonna enjoy the empty house when they all head out ;)

I have got to CLEAN house this weekend - either tomorrow or Monday when I'm off. Just depends on what comes up (bec it always does) ;)

We're going out of town - back to Austin to see friends and hang out for the long weekend.

Had my first post op appt. It went great.

My boss put on a spring luncheon for her team........was really nice.........

Tonight going out for Greek food for my good friends 40th BD.

Tomorrow I work a 12 hour day in the ER and and evening Sunday. I don't have a day off until June 3rd!

Life is good.........the rain has made everything green!
