Good Morning,

Looks like rain today and boy am I glad I did my outside chores yesterday. Today I'm going to cook some pork roast, noodles and acorn squash and bring it to my MIL's who came home from the hospital on Thursday. I know DH wants to go to Charlie Browns steakhouse today so I plan on just the salad bar which can be dangerous...they have lots of mayo salads, bacon and yummy stuff I'll have to be careful with, but at that place its the healthies choice lol.

So today's eats:
B- Coffee, Yogurt
L- Salad
D- Something light

Exercise, cooking cleaning and running...maybe if there's enuf time after DD's bath later I'll go on the treadmill.

How is everyone today?

good afternoon gang!
it's looking like rain down here in the South today too.

We don't have a Charlie Brown steakhouse - but I do love a good steak and salad.

We just got back from ss and church. Had an awesome music guy today leading the music and it was absolutely AWESOME! We have a group in from Oklahoma down here helping with hurricane work and this guy is their music guy. Sure wish we could talk him into staying in LA - I could use that kind of worship music every Sunday

After church we went by a nephew's house and had grilled burgers for lunch. It's his 26th birthday.

B - 1 coffee
1 c 2% milk
1 wheat toast/jelly

L - 1/2 grilled hamburger patty
on 1/2 bun
lettuce, tomatoes, onions & olives
5 chips
small piece of german choc cake

S -
water water water water

Glad you had a great day at church Cathy. Our church is on the old side, we only have an organ and piano... music makes you sleep LOL. MMMM grilled burgers. I was watching the food network today and they had burger contests... one was stuffed with feta cheese and sun dried tomato's sounds soooooooo good.

We didn't go to charlie browns, instead we went to friendly's and I got a nice salad there, no ice cream

Jenni yep, lots of rain today, on and off at times, but spring is on its way... you can smell it in the air.

well i added 1 choc soy milk and 1 orange to my food for the day. i ate it late maybe 10pm?? but i was seriously thinking about baking cookies so although it was nearly 200 calories it was still a lot better than the alternative

sounds like everyone else had a healthy day@!

My day's not over yet, but here's where I'm at -
Breakfast - peanut butter toast, two pieces
Lunch - Black bean soup with a whole grain baguette (Panera Bread)
Snack - Another whole grain baguette
I'll probably have something with tuna in it for dinner and some sort of fruit sometime. I walked about five miles today when I went shopping with my mom and brother. We shop way too much, lol. I wore a pedometer out of curiosity and I was surprised how much we walked. It felt good!
