Happy Valentine's Day everyone!
I saw the doctor today. The 'blister' on the outside of my bad ankle is actually a decubitus (sp?) ulcer which has become infected. He put me on antibiotics, and I'm going to be getting whirlpool treatments to help it heal. Needless to say, he wasn't very happy with me
I also received some good news: one of the people who looked at our house last week wants to come back for a second look.
Leenie:
Enjoy the snow while it's still around!
Cathy: I hope your tooth is doing better. That would be hard for me to give up my morning coffee
Mmarie: I hope you'll be feeling better soon!
Sweet Pea: I have sleep problems too. I don't know if I'd be brave enought to try acupuncture
I'm not a big fan of needles. I hope the treatments work for you.
Tippy: Good to see you! I hope R will be feeling better soon (for the sake of your sanity
). Please let us know how Goldie is doing.
Sandy: I'm glad you're getting such good support. Things should get better once you adjust to your new schedule
Desert Dreamer: Aunt Flo is one relative I don't miss!
If you look online for bipolar support (like NIMH), some sites have a journal you can print that will help you track your mood and see any pattern (like your period, sleep pattern, etc.) that can affect your bipolar.
Snoopysgirl: Hope you're doing well
to everyone!
